Our beloved breeds

Discover the unique charm of our Persian, Exotic Longhair, and Exotic Shorthair kittens. Each breed offers a special blend of beauty and personality, waiting to find their forever home with you.

Persian and Exotic Longhair (ELH) kittens

Our Persian and Exotic Longhair kittens are known for their luxurious, thick, and fluffy coats. Both breeds share the distinctive "extreme face" with a short nose close to their eyes. Occasionally, a kitten may be born with a "dollface" featuring a slightly more prominent nose. These breeds are incredibly loving and require consistent grooming to prevent matting. Be prepared for regular brushing to keep their beautiful coats in pristine condition.

Exotic Shorthair (ESH) kittens

Exotic Shorthair kittens share the charming "extreme face" with their longhair counterparts, but with a short, dense coat that requires less intensive grooming. They possess the same loving temperament and endearing personalities, making them wonderful companions. Like all our flat-faced breeds, they may experience eye and nose drainage due to their unique facial structure, which requires gentle, regular cleaning.

Our breeding philosophy: HEALTH FIRST!

At Pounce-N-Pur our upmost priority is the health of our kittens. We are, dedicated to ensuring each of our kittens are robust and healthy from birth. Following health, we focus on temperament. The kittens are handled and well loved on, basically from birth. We try to help each kitten develope into their own loving personalities! Of course we love to produce lilac, chocolates, dilute calico kitten, however coloring is definitely not a primary focus. Keeping the Persian qualities of coat, body structural, and temperament is most important besides health being number one! These kittens are given 3 rounds of wormer, 2 rounds of their 3 rounds of kitten shots required, and vet checked multiple times before going to their furever homes!

Preparing for your new kitten

Bringing home a Persian or Exotic kitten requires time and commitment. Due to their short noses, these breeds may experience eye and nose drainage, which necessitates daily gentle cleaning. Longhaired varieties also require constant brushing to prevent matting. All kittens, regardless of breed, thrive on love, attention, and consistent care.
